General errors and warnings

This topic lists typical errors and warnings depending on the product and provides guidance to identify and resolve them.

The warnings are sorted by products. Please navigate to the desired product to identify the warning type:

TC Bar

Indicated warning	Cause	Troubleshooting
Mic muted	The microphone of the TC Bar is muted.	Unmute the microphone of the device: See Muting/unmuting internal TC Bar microphone. See Muting/unmuting all microphones.
Lens cap on	The camera lens is covered.	Remove the lens cap from the device.
Camera off	The camera is disabled or not available.	Switch on the camera in the conferencing software. Check the TC Bar power and USB/network connection (see Monitoring & operation).
Speaker muted	Speaker output is deactivated, or the volume is too low.	Enable the Dante® speaker output (see Enabling Dante® speaker output). Adjust the speaker output volume of the device (see Setting the volume (remote control)).
USB/Bluetooth® not connected	The USB or Bluetooth® connection is not established.	Check the USB cable and port (see Cable connections). Activate the Bluetooth® function on the device (see Activating Bluetooth®).
