What’s new
Deletion of inactive organizations after 90 days
To reduce data pollution and prevent duplicate organizations from accumulating
in DeviceHub, users are now prompted during onboarding to check for an existing
organizational workspace before creating a new one (see Setting up organization). In addition, inactive
organizations and their data are automatically deleted.
- An organization is considered inactive if none of its users has logged in within the past 90 days.
- Before deletion, all users are notified and given a 30-day grace period to reactivate the organization.
Filter enhancement: Reliable filter selection
- Filtering the device list is now more intuitive.
- Available filter options remain selectable after applying a filter, while invalid or outdated filters (e.g., from bookmarked URLs or live data updates) are automatically removed to ensure that only valid filters are applied.
Improved user flow for onboarding process
- Users can now move back and forth between onboarding steps to review or change any given date and provide a smooth onboarding flow. Given data is always preserved.
Bug fixes
- Values changed in the Audio setup tab are now reverted when settings cannot be saved.
- Resolved issues where Location Admins were blocked from accessing the Dashboard due to an incorrect Access Denied error.
- The TC Bar now correctly remains in the In use state during an active meeting call, even when the microphone is muted.
