Filtering devices

The overview of all enrolled devices in DeviceHub can be quickly narrowed down using built-in filters.

To narrow the display to the devices you need, use one or more filters. You can filter by the following criteria:

Device type: filter by type, for example, TC Bar S/M or TCC M Plus
Device information: filter by reported device information, for example, overheating, muting, or disconnected devices
Firmware version: filter by installed firmware version
Room assignment: filter by available rooms

To narrow the search for a desired device:

Click the Devices tab.
The top area of the page shows different filter drop-down menus.
Click the desired filter and select the matching filter criterion to filter the available devices in the list accordingly.
The filtered devices are displayed.

If several devices are affected, you can click them individually to refine the search.

To remove the selected filters:

Deselect the selected filters one by one or click Clear filters to remove all selected filters.

The available devices were successfully filtered under Devices.
