        As soon as LUI has Internet access, the latest firmware versions for all update-able devices are provided automatically.
      - Setting the LED color and brightness
        This setting allows you to adjust the color of the LED on the TCC M Plus.
      - Performing a reset
        There are several options for a reset: Factory Reset restores all device settings to their factory defaults, while Audio Reset only resets the audio settings. The Audio over IP reset only resets the AoIP settings.
      - Enabling/disabling standby
        To achieve optimal acoustic performance, you must select the correct installation option during initial setup. Dedicated default settings are stored for each mounting option.

Updating firmware

As soon as LUI has Internet access, the latest firmware versions for all update-able devices are provided automatically.

Note:

The latest firmware version is available on the product page sennheiser.com/tccmplus under Downloads → Firmware Updates.

Note:

In order to use the latest features of the software and in order for all devices to work properly, we strongly recommend keeping the firmware of all devices up to date.

Note:

For security reasons, firmware (FW) updates are not backward compatible. You cannot install FW versions that are older than the currently installed version.

Attention

Loss of data if the firmware transfer is interrupted

If the transfer is interrupted, this may lead to a loss of data. The devices may be damaged by this.

Do not remove any connections to the stationary devices during firmware updates.

To update your firmware:

In LUI or DeviceHub, navigate to the start page.
The Firmware Info dialog indicates the available firmware versions.
From the drop-down list, select the firmware version you want to install.
Note:
To add manually downloaded firmware, click on Add firmware file and select the downloaded file. Firmware versions downloaded automatically are marked via update server. Firmware versions downloaded manually by yourself are marked added manually.
Click on Update.
The firmware of the TCC M Plus has been updated. Afterwards, the device reboots.

The firmware has been successfully updated.
